The College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech is composed of 8 departments with a total of 15 degree programs. Many College programs are considered among the finest of their type in the nation, including undergraduate and graduate architecture, graduate urban and regional planning, and the CPAP Master’s and doctoral programs.

The College is among the largest of its type in the nation, with approximately 1,600 students. College faculty and students are active year-round in three locations: Blacksburg and Alexandria, Virginia, and Riva San Vitale, Switzerland.
