Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2004, the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech is composed of four schools: the School of Architecture + Design, the School of Public and International Affairs, the Myers-Lawson School of Construction, and the School of Visual Arts.
All programs strive to promote an understanding of the complexity of our built environment and ways to improve that environment through thoughtful teaching, research, and outreach.
The College of Architecture and Urban Studies is one of the largest of its type in the nation and enrolls nearly 2,000 students; offering 24 degree programs taught by 153 faculty members.
