Environmental and energy policy expert Barry Rabe will give two presentations on carbon pricing and fracking politics, Thursday, Oct. 27, and Friday, Oct. 28, at 10:30 in Fralin Auditorium. Rabe is a professor of public policy, environmental policy, political science, and the environment at the University of Michigan and a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, noted for his contributions as an author, speaker, and scholar to national environmental politics and policy. The presentations, sponsored by the College of Architecture and Urban Studies School of Policy and International Affairs and the Global Change Center Institute for Society, Culture and Environment are open to the public.
